Due to our patented manufacturing process we are able to form our windshields without any distortion and therefore offer the clearest shield on the market today. Some windshield manufacturers state that the shield being distorted does not affect the quality of the ride, however when riding late at night, into the sun, in parking lots or on unfamiliar roads - seeing clearly is riding safely. F4 is the “Clear Choice”.

I have had the F4 Stock Wide / Vented / Tinted Windshield on my 2013 RT. Ltd. for three seasons now. I had no intentions of changing my windshield at the time but due to unforeseen circumstances I made the change. We were attending Spyder Quest 2014 and thanks to F4 Customs who generously donated a windshield as a bingo prize my wife won her choice of any windshield F4 had to offer. We choose the stock height/wide/tinted windshield. I am so happy I did the change to F4.
After changing from the stock BRP windshield to the F4 windshield I could not be happier with the results. There is absolutely no distortion to this windshield. (There was distortion at the sides of my stock windshield.) The 2.5 inches wider each side seems give me less buffering at highway speeds and keeps me a bit dryer in the rain. The vent is very clean looking and is nice on those hot summer days. The tinted windshield contrary to what some people may say does not interfere with nighttime or rainy weather vision. I tend to look over my windshield but the tint is light enough that I can still wear sunglasses and see perfectly thru thewindshield.
I have yet to see a scratch on the windshield after 3 seasons of riding. If a bit of care is taken when cleaning the F4 windshield is very scratch resistant. I always use paper towels for cleaning as F4 suggests and only use Plexus for cleaning.
All being said I don’t think you could go wrong with any choice of windshields from F4 Customs if you are changing from the stock windshield for any reason.
