Cattle are not violent animals. O, and by the way, bulls are cattle. Bulls become violent when they are agitated or defensive. Those people were never in any danger of being attacked, because the bull wasn't pissed off. Now had someone jumped up, startled him and started teasing him, that may have been a different story altogether. Remember. cattle are not predators, therefore are not the aggressors.
