Head light problem

I had LED's put in in Maggie Valley last fall. Now I notice my left light is alway on dim. The shutter is not working. Any ideas on where to look for a fix?

check the connections first

From the repair clips I have watch you may have to take that light out ad see if they haven't got a wire to close to the shutter mechanism.

It is possible that when all the "stuff" was pushed into the housing something, a wire or such, got hung up on the shutter mechanism and is preventing the shutter from moving.
