This is a heads up display and camera and comm system kinda that mounts on your helmet. I looked it over and kind of like it. Now save some money and wait for 2.0 so they work the bugs out!

seems like they have gone a long way into the design and the mounting situation ,as it is down and sort of out of the way ! I like the idea there is a camera with you , although that might be a problem at some points , as in where your head is turning , and the replay you watch with the wife might be ummm , a sore spot ! :lecturef_smilie: what is the price ?

Only for full face helmet..............Oh well. I'll just have to spend more money on my boat instead.

Both of our helmets and intercoms cost just a little more :sour:

As found on the Nuviz web site:
NUVIZ can be installed on most modular helmets, however, the wired headset provided does not work with all types of flip-up helmets. A headset designed specifically for modular helmets will be a available for purchase soon. You can also use your existing Bluetooth headset as NUVIZ is compatible with both Hands-Free (HFP) and Advanced Audio Distribution (A2DP) profiles.

given more time both the bugs will be worked out and the price will come down...then again competition will be a factor. For now I'm good ....

I agree that this unit is probably not perfect. First ones are always a pain.i watched a review on Revzilla. They say about the same thing being it's first gen. I think a product like this, bound to be a little buggy, should give first adopters a break since they are basically doing the best testing for them. I understand the price up front but, give the dog a bone....maybe promise to price break on next gen equipment. I think that down the road this is some great tech and will bring some others into the area. Good for us going forward.
