First ride on our 2017 RT Limited 155990:yes:was very exiting coming from a 2012 RT limited had a lot to learn...... the ECO mode and the 6th gear (forgot there was an extra gear a lot) high rise brake pedal which will take a little getting used to, absolutely love the Garmin 590 much better than the 660 I suppose it should be seeing that the 660 is 5 years old. I must admit I loved the sound and the high rev-ability of the 990 motor will have to get used to the chugging diesel sound of the 1330 and the lower revving motor.
Happy that I have moved onto the 2017 and I am looking forward to warmer weather and lots of miles and Spyder meetings.

:congrats: on your new ryde.:bowdown: Your going to like it. You will quickly get used to the extra gear. Don't sweat ECO mode. It is distracting and if you use it faithfully, it will save you about 1/2 to 1 mpg.

Don't know that the ECO makes enough difference do know in the 14's it made little or no difference. But congrats on the new ryde...:2thumbs:

:congrats:
I tried the ECO mode a few times, and I found that it deadened the engines' response so much that I just never use it!

Congrats on your new ride! There's a graph somewhere on SL that shows how the ECO Mode flattens the power curve. IMO it takes some of the spirit out of the fun handle.

Me too. It seems like every time I look down to verify what gear I'm actually IN, that damn little green arrow was there.
