Their stuff is pretty nice. This is a peel and stick add-on. $20 isn't bad for someone who wants a quick easy to install fix...

[49 cent spring at ace hardware did mine had my spyder air brushed last week looks cool Ill get photos out soon:spyder:

I mounted one on a year ago, along with a solonoid from a car door opener. Just hit the button on the dash.........bingo...it opens. Nice thing about it is, I can now open the trunk when wifey come out and want to ride along, .......I don't have to shut the spydee off to open the trunk, so she can put her purse in it. I even have 20 to 30 seconds after power is shut off, to pop the trunk lid if I need to. (Don't even have $20. invested in the whole set up.) :ohyea:

Can do it for $1.50...spring 155 from any spring board...(I think it's 155)...it's on one of my old posts...

I bought one and just set it on the right side of where the rod off the lid engages into the catch itself. Its not even attached. Works great.

And,yes,BC, I do believe it is spring NO. 155

This mod works great and only cost me 50 cents! It should have been OEM! It fits perfectly down INSIDE so it's not visible like the other spring mods.

I have emailed with these guys before...supposedly they have a rear wheel hugger in the works.
