View Full Version : Can I block posts, emails and messages from specific users?

If there are particular members that bother you and you do not want to see their posts or receive Private Messages and Emails from them, then you can add these members to your 'Ignore List'. There are several ways to do this:
Through your User Control Panel: User CP (http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/usercp.php), Settings & Options, Edit Ignore List (http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/profile.php?do=ignorelist). Then, type their name into the empty text box and click 'Okay'. :thumbup:

Just thought I'd give this thread a bump.

You can "ignore" a member so that you can't see their posts. It works a lot better than commenting on their offensive posts and keeping the thread at the top of the list. :lecturef_smilie:

Of course, none of you are reading this post thanks to the above tip, but if there are 3,832 members here, how many of those can you block and still be considered a "member" of this community yourself? :roflblack:
