Has anyone had trouble getting into the Russell seat website? What is their phone number?

my review.... 5 stars

did the ride in...the place is nothing fancy as the vast majority of their work is mail order. Stay the night before at the Fawndale...nice for $80. Have to either bring food or go out.

the trip I took back - Reno. Ely, NV, Boulder City totaled about 800 miles. Found the seat to be 100% better than the stock seat. no pain in leg muscles or my arse. very comfortable. the seat heater is amazing. even heat throughout the top portion of the seat stays steady at 105 degrees. got the sunbrella insert along with a rain cover which they recommend to keep water from soaking into the foam through the stitching.

they know what they are doing...they do roughly on average I believe about 25 - 30 seats per week. 1300 or so per year. For many years past. The real science of the seat is the foam density and size. they pour seats twice per week at different densities. someone who weighs 160 pounds needs less density than a 200 pound or 300 pound person. they look at the photos and determine the size of the seat needed....by this I mean they take the proper density seat for you and size it to your butt. they cut it in half lengthwise and either make it narrower or wider to fit. they then put it on your bike for testing with you sitting on it and adjustments. then it goes to the stitcher for sewing. then back to the seat builder for the heat instal and putting the seat cover on. then he puts it on and you are out the door. A full day.

they warranty their seats and if adjustments are needed, you will be taken care of. when I was there Nov 10, Jay was great. they have been busier than normal as they are booked now into January for normal orders when normally the winter months slow down.
