Hey, Bob, I've done Bacon Explosions with every kind of bacon and every kind of sausage I could find, along with many different rubs and sauces; when they are sliced, and set out on a table, average availability is under 4 minutes!

Same experience here. I usually don't get a chance to snap a pic of the slices because there gone so quick.

Same thing happens with pork shots. Blink and POOF there gone.

:D If I'm in the neighborhood: they never make it to the table! nojoke
If you're planning on serving one: prepare three of them...
If you're planning on serving two or more: keep a loaded shotgun nearby! :D

Yes, I buy some pork Belly from Costco and cube it up, rub it, then cook it in my Traeger with apple pellets.

Glad your first one came out great.

My bacon bombs are like my mom's meatloaf. No two are the same.. lol. The possibilities are endless on what you can wrap inside the bacon. :bbq:

This is how I start My weekend morning breakfast, it's called a " Canadian Breakfast" one shot glass 1/2 oz Crown Maple, 1/2 oz of butter shots, with a warm piece of bacon. the other shot glass is 1/2 oz of vanilla vodka, 1/2 oz OJ . It's a great start for the eggs and bacon that follow!
