I installed LED high beam headlights in my truck. They are very dangerous........they are so bright, the deer cover their eyes and now I can't see them.

 This is a new one! :roflblack:
Back at the first "Aspencade" Convention (1983): a lot of the Canadian bikes were sporting a pair of 100 watt Cibie driving lights. We asked a rider about them...
His response was "If a Moose steps out in front of me: I'm gonna burn a hole through him, and keep on riding!"

Sonar is underwater detection and operates on a different principle. I think you mean radar, and that is a great idea for motorcycles!

A form of radar is what the smart collision avoidance cars are using.

There is that much difference between the OEM and LED.

I bought the "HID" brights that were offered through BRP for my 08. Remember saying "$750 per light bulb!!!:yikes:" Those were so bright that they irritated others. But they sure lit up a dark road.

Xenon Depot advertises the LED are twice as bright as halogen. It looks like it to me. They are pure white, makes the road signs hard to look at.
