I just heard that on the radio a few minutes ago. Another great musician gone.

Everything I see says he has been hospitalized. But no confirmation of his passing???

This is one time when I hope your all wrong, great musician and too young.

As of 4hrs ago I've seen reports of him clinging to life on life support.

No brain activity and the decision was made to remove him from life support. He is gone.

He has been removed from life support but is not 'gone'.

Those stories jumped the gun. He is still alive, but it does not look like he will be for long.

So Many great tunes, concerts, groups, were blessed by Tom Petty, but yea Free Fallin, Into the Great Wide Open, Wildflowers and so many more are sublime. Rest in Peace :pray:
