Check engine light upon cold startup

I have a 2015 S T limited with the 998 engine. When I start first thing in the morning, I get the red check engine light, yellow engine warning and a rough running engine. After running about a minute and warming up, I restart with no problem. The light/warning goes off and she runs perfectly. Any ideas as to my problem?

Could be a LOT of things.
You need to get a computer attached to read any fault codes that are stored, as a first step.

You are not turning the throttle while making that first cold start are you ?
Checked the oil level lately ??
