Though I hear many "Retirees" are busier after retirement than they were before... Now we're gonna expect you to share all that travel experience as a trip leader..heh, heh, heh...:yikes:

My brother said one time, "Retirement isn't all it's cracked up to be. It's better!"

PW, just a word of caution. Do you know what the most common medical malady is that plagues retirees? Permanent distortion of the facial muscles caused by grinning too much!!! :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflb lack::roflblack:

I retired on July 1, 2017, and have to admit that it was kind of a sad day for me. Of course the four days before that was GREAT

Ain't that the truth. Really hard doing all these projects I never had time to do before between all my traveling.

Thanks Ann,

Kathy will be retiring in July of next year, so we will have the time to come visit you and Joe :ohyea:. Well that is if you and Joe are ever home long enough :D.

For sure we will be attending many more rallies!

All that time to go fishing, boating, hunting, spydering, relaxing, travelling, target shooting, projects, odd jobs for the young 'uns, ............ And you still won't have enough time to do it all! But, if you can't get it all done today, there is always tomorrow!

Retirement is hard job, but somebody has to do it. You may be busier now, but you will be doing what you want to do, when you want to do it. My biggest problem is, if it wasn't for Friday night fish fries, I would be able keep track of what day it is.

One of my goals is to have to ask what day of the week is it :p

If your experience is anything like mine you will be happy at first, then bored, then you will find something (or a bunch of things) to keep you busy and in the end you will have more on your plate than you did when you could use "working" for an excuse.

And, if the Better Half, is already keeping a "Hubby Do" list - WATCHOUT!!!!! :ohyea:
