Am thinking of adding more heat shielding to the inside of the panels. Anyone else done this and what did you use? Something self adhesive?

The foil foam backed panels you can get online and cut to fit. They work well to keep panels for getting hot. I used them on the center and top panels. Got them off ebay...:thumbup:

I use daily this on my fuel tank and a few select areas.
I got heavy duty duct tape and applied successive layers to about three or four thick. Then I ov r coated it with silver reflective metal furnace tape, this insulates and reflects radiant heat.
