I am voting for real. That is what snakes do. They swallow their prey whole and it takes about a week or so to digest. Most snakes eat on a weekly basis. They are built so that their insides expand over the prey. Have to admit, the deer is about as big as I have seen for swallowing whole.

Definitely a fake. A snake can swallow prey that is larger than its head by dislocating its jaws. It then works its jaws forward one at a time, ie, bottom jaw, top jaw, bottom jaw, lather, rinse and repeat until swallowed. A snake's teeth are curved backwards and this allows them to eat without hands.
The whole process is pretty slow and a snake is not very active until digestion is mostly complete. If you ever have a chance to watch a snake eat, you won't forget it.

They generally coil their prey and crush them so they are mush inside their skins. Snakes later spit out the bones....like eating chicken wings..:roflblack::roflblack:

I venture the video is real but it's reversed and the snake is actually regurgitating and the video sped up a little . You can see the guy patting the snake and another holding it's tail.
