There used to be a lady that did the same in front of an Eagles Clubhouse behind the Fire Station/Police Outpost on Eagle River Loop Road. Sorry about all the "eagles," but that is the way it happened.

They came by the hundreds and many people would stop to photograph the feeding. Apparently, no laws broken, because no one ever called her on it.

And...when the "hooligan" come in (big smelt) to Turnagain Arm, the Seagulls and Eagles are also there by the hundreds for the feast.

:D Did anyone else think about the fact that all of this "Freedom", was hopping around: waiting for a hand-out? :yikes:
