Nah! It's actually good for the heart!

Conclusions—A non-linear association between coffee consumption with CVD risk was observed in this meta-analysis. Moderate coffee consumption was inversely significantly associated with CVD risk, with the lowest CVD risk at 3 to 5 cups/d, and heavy coffee consumption was not associated with elevated CVD risk.

Like any other study paid for by grants, wait long enough and someone will reverse it.

Coffee, like cigars is/are best enjoyed in moderation. I never smoked more than two cigars at the same time. :roflblack::roflblack:

Coffee, I have two cups and that is now my supply for the day. I used to drink a full thermos every day when I was working.

And, I gave up cigars on 10/31/10. Never looked back.

I drink at least 2 cups of coffee on my way to work, than at work I have an other cup.

On my week-ends( Sat. Sunday, Monday) I have least 4- 6 cups of coffee.

Absolutely! You think I'm gonna accept any theory that goes against my inborn Finnish love of drinking coffee?

My hand press coffee maker and Mr. Coffee machine stay in the cupboard! Best place for them. How else could I justify going down to coffee shop every morning to enjoy an hour of BS and read the paper if I didn't have the need to go down there for my coffee fix? :roflblack::roflblack:

Cindy,
If you're only having one or two each day: you just need a bigger cup! :roflblack:
