ive been in contact with him multiple times. When I reply to any message from him it just has a return email of this>>>> brp.care@brp.com
somehow he gets the message and responds accordingly.

I'm new here and just wondering why you would want to contact headquarters. Is it something that your dealer can't answer.

The quality of dealers varies widely. Sometimes they need an "intervention" from headquarters.
