HELP - where to run GPS Wiring to battery on F3S?

Can anyone tell me where to run GPS wiring down to battery on my new F3-S
Do I have to drill a hole or is there a spot where the dash wiring runs.
Will also run wires down for a continually active cigarette lighter to run phone .
Will run another lighter socket off the accessories outlet under left hand top panel.

I RAN ALL MY WIRES DOWN THRU THE LOUVERS UP FRONT... YOU'LL HAVE TO SEARCH FOR PASSAGE WAYS, BUT IN TIME YOU WILL FIND THEM... NO HOLES REQUIRED, THERE ARE PLENTY ALREADY....
