Wife bought this for herself. She thought it was accurate and appropriate.

Apparently I have been getting aggitated and irritated easily every since I retired from the Army and have to deal with more civilians lately.

Nope, maybe I should hold back a few steps and just point and laugh at the other guy standing close to her? [emoji1]

M109Dreamer, Having retired 16 years ago after 20 years in the USAF, and as a child of a 20 Year USAF veteran I can totally relate. It's a different world out here.
I'm certain that my wife (also a 20 year retiree) thinks the same of me at times.

I find at age 69 and x- 82nd airbourn I have a low tolerance for people in general and stupidity. Went to doctor today and ask me if I have any pain and my reply was "just a few people I know, pain in the ass", and there's no damn pill for them.

I feel the same way; but, it has nothing to do with my 20 years in the military.

:agree:, and in my case: it's not a "Military thing..."

M109 Dreamer, I don't know how you career military folks do it. I spent just 4 years in the Navy, and was at least a 6 month adjustment period on return to the "real" world. Have never had much tolerance for stupid or fools, both of which seem to be in much greater abundance than forty years ago!!!

Thank you for your service and hang in there life will get better for you. At least you and your better half have the Spyder to get away from it all with.

Hopefully you're occupying your time with something of your choosing to while away the years.

Thanks, yeah we moved to Dallas a year ago. We didnt get much riding in last year, maybe 3k miles. We usually average 12-15k a year but that was back in AZ. My goal is to explore more and make it to Spyderfest next year. Looking forward to riding a different part of the country.

The last 3 years were the toughest to finish up. I actually liked the work when I was deployed, the family didnt like me being gone as much though. Now I think she is ready to send me back.

M109, Understand completely. I'm a retired police sergeant. The problem with this country is you're not allowed to hit stupid anymore.

Spent 23 years in the Coast Guard and 22.5 working since I retired. Now Im retiring for good and moving to a very small town just to get away from all the people I use to deal with. Looking forward to riding and riding and then I will ride some more.

A preacher I know, when asked what he did for a living, responded, "I manage an adult kindergarten!"
