Has Anyone Found More Info About The Spyke?
It's been a while since those drawings surfaced... Has anyone found anything a bit more solid to report on?

No but I did read on the German Spyder Forum that speculation has the bike offered in 60 and 90hp engine versions. If they cut enough weight out of the bike and got it down to about 500 lbs the 90 hp wouldn't be terrible. Not as good as the 130 hp in my 440lb snowmobile but probably would feel the about the same as the RS.

How about a l;ink to that forum?

Doesnt look like a sub $10k bike, no matter the engine, that just too much plastic.
A sub $10 3 wheeler wouldn't start of as plastic infact there are so few sub ten bikes i wonder why I didnt challenge it before.

There are some very dark and murky 'spy shots' on the german spyder forum and they look like the bike in the patent drawings, single swing arm, no sprocket, wheels pushed forward suggesting no frunk.
I won't publish them here but you can find them yourselves in this thread if you sign up:

Pages 1, 3 & 4.
My guess is the $10K spyder will be a twist and go CVT looking at the price of Can-am quads in the 600/900cc range. Can't see it would be a m/c style manual as learning those gears would put off the young market they're after. Can't see an SE for $10K either.
If this thing is an auto with reasonable power to weight ratio my wife is in the market for one.
