Default 200 miles on tank of gas

Finally did it, just got back from trip to Oregon. We did 205 miles on a tank, only took 5.4 gallons so could have done another 30 miles. That sure felt good as we are just about always taking long rides. With the 2010 rt we were always looking for fuel around 130 miles. The 205 miles was hwy 101 from Yachats Or. Into Calif.

I don't know how you guys get the good miles. I have tried the non-ethanol gas, always premium, correct tire pressure, usually 2 up. Cat bypass. I did get 34.5 once but usually 30-31. Since I had a boat that burned 40 gals an hour, it's not the gas, it's "how in the hell do you do it"

My 1330 consistently gets over 200 miles on a tank (if I want to). I have to defer to Linda most of the time--she still drives a 998.

Currently Owned: 2019 F3 Limited, 2020 F3 Limited: SOLD BOTH LIMITEDS in October of 2023.

    Previously : 2008 GS-SM5 (silver), 2009 RS-SE5 (red), 2010 RT-S Premier Editon #474 (black) 2011 RT A&C SE5 (magnesium) 2014 RTS-SE6 (yellow)

MY FINAL TALLY: 7 Spyders, 15 years, 205,500 miles

IT HAS BEEN A LONG, WONDERFUL, AND FUN RIDE.

I haven't tried to push the 200 think I could easily usually look to fill up at about 180. Have been averaging about 36-40 MPG 2up depending on the ride

I got 36 mpg yesterday on my 14 RT pulling a loaded trailer. Of course it was all downhill from Vail, CO to Rifle, CO. Joe got 50 mpg on his KTM SA on the same route.

I always get over 200 per tank. Average 35mpg pretty steadily. Thats riding 80-85mph two up on highways, slower on the twisties. Actually filled up yesterday and got 39mpg, but that was a lot of Blue Ridge Pkwy riding with Pebbles, never really going faster than 55 for the most part. Gas light came on at 217 miles and put 5.6 gallons in it. Id rather go faster and get less mpg. Pebbles starting to feel the same. Actually ran triple digits with her on it last week. She enjoyed it. From then on she was always "hit it baby, hit it"

I easily get 200 miles before the last bar. About 195 to 200 miles to last bar. Coming home from Nashville last week I filled up at a Mobil station near Champaign, Ill. I only had 176 miles when I went to no bars. Be careful and watch your trip gauge. I almost ran out at 180 miles. Had 1/2 gallon left. The next tank went well over 200.

I'm currently at 219.6 miles on my current tank, and expect to put about another 16 or so miles on, before stopping for fuel...

    Maybe its burned out! LOL!!
We just got back from a trip out west for a week. usually got 190-195 miles before light came on, then it would take 5.5 gallons to fill up. 2014 RTS two up, pulling a RT622 trailer loaded up. Averaging 65 MPH.
