Default Blue tooth for 2015 RT

Just bought a 2015 RT and would like to add blue tooth for nav and music from my phone. I have heard the dongles dont work well so would like something better. Any suggestions.
    Thanks Mark

If you are ONLY looking for Nav and music from PHONE just pair the phone to your BlueTooth Headset. Dongle is only required to interface Entertainment Center to headset.

i have just done that. I have the dongle but it's hard work and doesn't work all the time. In addition the volume isn't great. Only difference for me is.
Garmin 590 loaded with my music. Phone paired to 590 which is paired to one headset. This shares music and phone with second headset.
