    Default Passenger handle

Has anyone modified the passenger handle? I would like to cut-away the handles that stick out from under the seat. An easy job, but I'm not sure if there is anything "important " embedded in the center of handle portion.
    Thanks

    Default PASS. HANDLES

If they are heated there will be wires connected to the harness. If not just un-bolt them ........ Mike

    Default Depends....

Standard on the GS/RS/RSS and ST with no electrics involved (heated grips, radio controls etc) should be able to cut them off. Being a one piece unit you could remove it and add spacers where needed. Not sure why you would want to they are handy for many reasons besides the passenger holding on...unless you just want the passenger to hold on to you.....

Some day you're going to want to strap an extra bag behind you back there, and you're going to say, "GAAH!"

Relax people, it's a look to use when I have the mono seat cowl on the bike. And, of course I'm not going to cut the stock handle, I'm buying a spare set of handles.

You actually need them to haul a case of Labatt Blue bottles in a safe manner.

Well, that's the best reason I've heard yet on why to keep them. But, the Spyder has so much storage that I'd rather keep the, in the frunk that I am converting into a giant cooler!

    Default Passenger Handles

I didn't see any handles on Lamont's site. Could some one post a link to them so I can check them out. My SO finds the stock ones too low to use safely. Thanks.

He has them for the F-3, but I don't know if they'll adapt...
You probably should give him a call.
