As per flag etiquitte, it can be flown from any position on the vehicle as long as its the tallest flag and no others are flown to the right side of it.

Really! That antenna flag holder is only $32. If flying the flag on the left side of the bike is acceptable, sounds like that would be the way to go. Thanks!

No, it is to be "on it's own right" - confusing but it is always to the riders right.
