Swung into the Lawrence airport to check out some of the luckier birds this past holiday. Then a trip to the butcher for some tips on the grill, later. Great weather!
Still riding, went on a nice ride along the ocean to Rye beach for lunch at Petey's. About 75 miles in all as in the 60's this afternoon

I did a short hop today; about 65 miles around the Rondout Reservoir, some back roads down into Ulster County, and then a quick run up and across the Neversink Reservoir!
And I hit 9,400 miles on the bike!
About 150 miles today. I broke 36,000 miles this month. If we get no snow, I might make 37,000.
Just sayin'...........
Three in the garage, and I think I can fit at least one more in.....and then we will have to build another garage.
The roads in NY are so bad that I am glad we bought a Ryker Rally
Was out for a ride yesterday, not as long as I would have liked. I am going to hold out as long as possible thinking of week between Christmas and New Years as hibernation time.
About a hundred miles today with temps in the low 40s. Gerbings worked well, I did have a hot spot that I never noticed before. Rt 13 between New Boston & Goffstown Nh.
Two hour ride through Sterling Forest and Harriman State Park. Although this time the road leading to Perkins Tower was open. And patrolled by the NY Park Police. Ask me how I know...lol!
Well, I decided to finally put the RT to rest for the winter. Yesterday I washed and polished both the Spyder and the RT622 trailer. Today I rearranged the garage to store them both in there place. It's lightly snowing outside as I write this message, so I think it was time to park the Spyder. For me, the snowmobiling season is just around the corner. I have that to enjoy in the winter, so I don't ever get bored.
This weekend in the Hudson Valley will be sunny, in the low 50s, some will be riding in for the SpyderQuest meeting tomorrow. I will get out this afternoon to do some Christmas shopping. Could be the last of the riding this year, everyone ride in safe tomorrow. Now I need to go chip away at the cave to make some more room.
Happy Spyder Owner
