They are a cool looking machine. But, I have heard people say that they are a bit hard to get out of. Did you try one Dave?

They DO look like a lot of fun; I'll stick with my RT.
I'm happy for Dave but I also prefer my Spyder.

It's tough on those of us waiting. All the dealers were sent 3 - one mandated for demos, and the other two for new owners. Unfortunately, I am #3 on the list...

They are a nice looking ride

Park under a tree with a large overhanging branch...
Once you stop; throw a rope up over the branch, and...
Wait! You better not; folks might think that you're getting lynched!

Dave,
Would a system like the one used on the T-Rex work?

I got in and out of them
At Myrtle Beach and Daytona and it seemed easier than my Camaro. Looking at pictures definitely don't do them justice. I had told myself how inefficient they are and that one wouldn't be right for me, but when I saw and sat in one all of those thoughts disappeared.

So, what do you think; are they an addition to the garage? A replacement? A weekend fling???
-
Maybe a replacement
For my Harley, but never could I imagine replacing my Spyder with anything other than another Spyder. If I could get my hands on one, I would have a Slingshot tomorrow and work out the details later.
