I worked for the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (gov't of Canada) for 20 years and I saw that happen all the time. Just because someone files for a patent does not mean that they will get one nor want one. It could just be a move to stop others from doing it.

I hope they give me a cut - I have been writing to them to do just that (they ask me to stop on facebook) also have taken a lot of heat from people for suggesting it. LOL

I thought someone already did a leaning 3 wheel bike with 2 wheels in front.

Did a google search and there are quit a few but guess no one has patterned it yet

    Default WHY LEAN ?

Your driving one of the most stable bikes on the road. I (and my wife) are tired of the leaning. Besides, I might spill something out of my cup holder.

    Default Harley Penster trike

Even Harley Davidson was toying with a tilting reverse trike called the Penster several years ago. It sits in their museum now.

Like mine as as is little lean in the front is fine riding skills to handle the rest. Just get your rear up and off the seat some

They're all playing with three wheels right now...
It's a great way to test new technologies, and it's so much easier to meet Governmental standards with one!
