What is this "holster" that you are referring to? I have just purchased a used 2010 RT and am afraid I will lose both keys unless I can hang them on our key board. The BMW cover just doesn't look like it would fit on the key...does it STRETCH well? Thanks

What I use
I found these on Amazon. They work great for me. A little expensive, but they are well made & metal.

I would caution against drilling the key... There's room to do it, but I don't know if that would compromise and of it's ability to defy UGLY weather!
I found these; they seem to work pretty darn well!

He had some scrap lying around. His look just as good as these very expensive ones.
