Ranges?
Other than the Andy Dalton Shooting Range, are there any other outdoor shooting ranges near Springfield, MO?

Last year, on one of the passport runs, you needed to get the book stamped at an indoor range that was across the interstate from the vendor area, if I remember right.

Shooting Range at Lead Mine Conservation Area
Its about an hour north...but has unmanned pistol and rifle range...and it's free.
It would be a nice ride up and back if you're looking ahead to Spyderfest.

I have three carry permits. I usually review the state's laws that I travel through.

Lead Mine Shooting Range
The only downside is the mile or two of gravel road to get from the west entrance of the CA around to the range on the southeast side. If there's enough interest...I'd be happy to lead a ride up there.
Comments: Shooting bench area and adjacent sidewalks are paved with concrete. Paper targets and clips provided to attach targets to the holding system. Shooter can supply their own paper targets but they must attach them to the target system.
