    Default BRP Contact

I know at one time, Carlos was the contact person for owners who were having issues with their Spyder. I believe he has moved on to another position with BRP. Does anyone know who took his place or who the contact person is now at BRP.

    Thanks

People do make mistakes. So, have your parts been sent now?

You throw those derogatory terms around pretty loosely. John.

Since when does someone admitting they made a mistake classify them as a liar?

As we have seen, BRP support personnel monitor Spyderlovers. Having worked in customer support, my experience is that we would bend over backwards to help a cooperative customer. However, when we were confronted with an abusive customer, our support would revert to the minimum required by company policy.

you are most likely right, but after being angry i just have to blow a gasket every now and than. for the most part i am a really nice guy believe it or not but sometimes the street guy in me comes out and at that point i just say what is on my mind. but i do agree with you
