Home made arm rest
here is my latest, i bought a chair used for $10 and took the arm rest and made thisfull pic arm rest.jpghere is the finished product
braket for armrest.jpgthe bracket i made to support and keep it from moving close up right side.jpg made room for the wires and the sensorcloseup left side closed.jpg with the seat closedcloseup left side.jpg with the seat open
hope some one likes it it is very sturdy and it blends in much better than the others offered for a much better price.

yes the plastic was cut to the level of the base of the seatclose up right side croped.jpg
i am thinking of making a plastic wrap to keep water out.

I really like this idea. If you do decide to make an up-loadable drawing, could you please let me (personally that is, if it's not a big trouble) and all of us know where it is so we could do the same for our Spyders?

FANTASTIC idea. Looks like another winter farkel for me and a cheap one to boot. I do believe I can tunnel through the plastic and then seal it afterwards. I love this idea and already have the chair. Thanks for the idea my friend.

you are either a pro or have too much time on your hands. they look great. just wondering if the same principle would work on a 08 gs. again great job and i would love to have a set of the drawings if you make them
