Finally finished the video...here it is. Hope you enjoy!
Hello Spyderlovers,
I posted a test video a little while back, and I finally finished it this evening. Editing is my labor of love. I hope you enjoy. Here is the finished product:
I also put this in the Drift Innovation contest to win a Drift HD camera. That would be helpful, as it would cut my time in half. If you have it in your heart to give me a "like" on Facebook, I'm sure it wouldn't hurt my chances. The link for that is here: http://www.facebook.com/driftinnovation
If not--no worries. I just hope you enjoy the production half as much as I enjoyed making it!
All the best,

WOW, that's great !
Really.
No I'm serious, that's excellent. How did you get all those shots where teh camera pans over yourself while you were riding ?. That over the arm shot was very good.
You seem to have set up the camera and driven by it. I would never have thought to do that...............
You've certainly raised the bar for hacks like me.
What editing software did you use ?
If it ain't broke, don't break it.

Great video. Very creative camera angles. I'm sure it took a lot of effort to produce, but the result is amazing. Thanks for sharing.

Wow, that was really well done! Love the night shots through the A-arms with the bike lit up and was really impressed with the visor shot of what looked like the Sandia Tram. You've definately raised the bar for anyone else taking video of their rides. Great choice of music as well.

Great video and accompanying music. A few years back, I had a chance to drive through New Mexico and really liked the scenery. Drove south from Colorado, saw Mt. Capulan National Monument and then drove south to the highway that goes by Albuquerqe and on into Arizona and Nevada.
There is just something special about the scenery there.
I don't do the facebook thing--so apologize for that.

Thanks for the feedback & for those that gave me a "like" on FB. It's a longshot, but I'm crossing my fingers!
Let me answer the questions some of you asked:
Editing Software: I use Final Cut Pro for the time lapse photography. I'm not good enough with it yet (it's pretty complicated) to use it for anything else (YET!). For everything else I use iMovie on my Macbook.
Yes--the time lapse shot from the top of the mountain is the Sandia Tram. The longest aieral tramway in the world.
Sorry mx2600...I like the song "Hurt" as well. Sorry that you were "hurt" by my song selection.
Copyright: I do a couple of things nowadays to make sure I'm giving credit to the artists. I give them credit in my description of the video and I also give them credit in the video itself. I also do test uploads under another YouTube account and make sure it doesn't get blocked. I have learned that the hard way!

Great job on the video, very nice editing. The New Mexico scenery was great as usual and the music fit well with the video. Sorry, I don't do Facebook, either.
