    Default Spyder In the shop since the 9th

    The spyder is still overheating,and i know the dealer has no clue
    they keep ordering parts because they dont know how to fix the problem.
    Every time they order a part "there's anouther week"I got the bike on April 3rd
    the dealer is going to have the bike longer then me.They need to replace the bike if you
    ask me.Does anyone know anything about the lemon law on a brand new bike,I only
    had it for 2months and the dealer has had it for 3weeks,and im prity shure its going to be longer. Can someone tell me what i can do.

    Lemon laws are different in every state. Google "lemon law [your state]" and you should get a wealth of info...

    I would get a hold of BRP customer service and tell them you're not happy and if they can't fix it they need to replace it. I met the top rep in Valcourt and when a problem like this gets to her thing get done. You have to go through the line first.
