Default Made it through the "ZAP"

Yesterday I had to go into the hospital to have my heart put back into normal rhythm as the upper chambers were in atrial fibrillation.

It was a bit scary, but after 3 "ZAPS" they got it back into normal rhythm.
Thank God they put you to sleep for it all.

Now all I have to do is hope it stays in rhythm and it's all good.

I have to say, I already feel better now that my heart rate is back down to 60 bpm from the 115 to 120 bpm it was at just sitting still.

I want to thank all of you who have wished me well, and already called to see how it all turned out.

    MM

MM, is this the first time you've experienced this? I have atrial tachycardia. It was diagnosed in 1971. I'm now 61. Mine has been clocked at 210. Yes, it is scary . Prayers for you and that they find the cause.

Evan, I didn't even know about this. I am glad everything went well and pray for continued healing and restoring you to complete and total health. Definitely do as the doctors ask and so glad you are feeling better.

I didn't know you were having difficulties either! Glad the procedure went well. Hope and pray the doctors can find the cause, especially should this happen again.

Glad you are feeling much better now. Hugs for you and Patti.

I missed this, I thought when you titled it made it through the zap, it was a typo and you meant gap. So glad your feeling better.
