Ride Meet--S.A., Austin, Houston and Texas points beyond
After our last meet in La Grange the "monkey" was on the back of the S.A./Austin riders to come up with another plan to meet somewhere between S.A., Austin and Houston. The weather's getting better (fingers crossed) so y'all come up with something. So what Saturday/Sunday meet/eat place do y'all have in mind?

Glynn - you're right you left it in our lap for planning. Let me throw out some ideas. If we can get some Austin people to go how about Gidding, TX and eat at Frank N Stein. Or if we only have SA and Houston people we can go to Shiner, TX and eat at the Shiner Restaurant & Bar.
Let's stick the date of 2/6/10 out there for some input. Let's here it from all the other Spyder riders out there. Wanna go for a trip? Our last meet was a great time.

Both places sound good to me also. Lets hope the weather is nice. Steve

I'm up for either place as well. Thanks for knocking the frost off our boots and getting us moving!

Hey Verb - we got it on the meetup site as a discussion item. Haven't booked it as a meetup since we might have people coming that aren't part of the meetup group.
Let's wait a week to see if anyone from the Austin area jumps in on this. If not, Shiner sounds like a good destination.

Coming back from London the 5th. I will check the board and decide on the spot if I can go if the jet lag does not get the best of me.
