No, just the T and Limited. And soon, the 2020 RT! I’m still working on a solution, my beta testers!!

Finally got tired of mirror vibration and bought a set of these. All I can say is why did I wait so long. Did a 1450 miles trip last weekend in Southern Ohio and Kentucky, didn't have the first vibration!!! Awesome product.

Hey Joe,
I just got my 2020 RTL and the left mirror is terrible. If you need another tester for the 2020 RT, I'm all in. Just PM me.
I was going to use Lamont's threaded cap screw idea, but your solution seems easier.

JavaDan,
I also have a left mirror vibration issue on my 2020 RTL. What type of solution did Joe have to correct the problem? (I found the wedgies string of comments.) I did watch Lamonster's fix but would have to purchase the correct tap & died tool. I wonder what the difference is between the left and right mirror, the right mirror is fine. You would think that the construction and attachment would be exactly the same except in reverse (mirror imagine). Does BRP have a bulletin to fix the problem? Seems like the fix should be under the warranty. I have 2000 miles on my and will be taking it in for an oil change within the next month and will inquire about the mirror.

The more people who insist on a new mirror, the more BRP might take a look at a redesign. Meanwhile, the F3T and LTD has needed Wedgies for 5 years. We have hundreds of sets out, and they work. The solution for the RT is coming. I have to get home, first!

Hi Joe
I just bought a 2017 F3 Limited, I would like to order wedgies for my mirrors. I can't believe how much the mirrors vibrate/shake.

Does the "wedgie" fix require removing the mirrors?

Joe thank you! It was a quick/easy install for the wedgies and no more shaking. I can actually see the vehicles in the mirrors. Great product thanks again!

Hi,
Yes, just 1 screw. The cover just pulls off, then the screw. Very simple. Joe

How about just posting the web site where we can see the product? Especially in this current climate, there are too many rabbit holes in the intar-web. Post up a few pics of the product, maybe a vid of you installing them on someone's bike, or something more tangible than "hey, spend $25 and you'll get this amazing product which we can't show you"... I get you want to keep overhead down, but I've seen enough cases of "vaporware" over time to know better than to buy something sight unseen - and it doesn't matter how many "satisfied customers" you get to bolster your claim - those are just as easy to fab up... I'm really interested to see this, because I have heard that the mirror issue does exist. I've also seen a few products that claim to put a stop to it. I have not experienced the issue, but if I can circumvent it for a little coin, I'll do it. But not without seeing it... Thanks.

Hey chunkmonk, the Squared Away Team are out doing the BRP Spyder/Ryker Western Demo Tour, (in San Jose atm, I think?? Or was that last weekend?? ) so they might not be checking in on this thread all that often, so it's probably best that you just send a PM or email to cptjam, he's a long term vendor here on the Forum (the Black username is the give-away on that, just like the Green username is the give-away for Moderators ) - and there's little doubt these things are more than just 'vaporware', cos he IS STILL a vendor here!
If you click on his username alongside any of his posts, you'll see the links for sending a PM (Private Message) or email; or if you go to the Forum Home Page & click on the Squared Away Logo in the list of Supporting Vendors, it's down towards the bottom of the page under the heading Spyder Performance & Suspension, that'll take you direct to the Supporting Vendors Forum & the Squared Away thread.

Why don't you post a picture of what you installed so we can at least see the product since the vendor seems reluctant to do so?

Chunkmonk, if you read the thread, you should realise TWO things -
1. cptjam has explained exactly why they aren't too keen on supplying pictures, & that's without even mentioning the bad publicity their product might get from others selling sub-standard clones; and
2. With over 250 posts in this thread alone, it's should be obvious that the members here who have bothered to try them are pretty much unanimous in thinking that these Wedgies are actually a value for money option/fix that quite simply just WORKS!
So this leaves YOU with only two options -
1. bite the bullet & buy a set of these things that everyone else thinks are well worth the $$ so you can make up your own mind about them; or
2. just leave your mirrors vibrating away and stop harping on about anyone posting pics when it's already been explained why that isn't likely to happen!
Enough already!

Wow, just saw this! Thanks, Pete! I’ve PMed Chunkmonk. Sorry to have caused such a problem! As Pete mentioned, I’m working for Can Am. SpyderAnn and I like to think we are honest and genuine. I suppose I could somehow create hundreds of satisfied customers (thousands, if you count our other things), and somehow insert “SquaredAway” in people’s signature. I just don’t know how. We just ride and fix Spyders. We appreciate all of our friends and clients. On this tour, every week, folks we met or worked with or rode with come out to see us. That’s how we roll!
