You might want to check the pricing of that Spyder. I have the same bike, bought 2 years ago with just under 5k and paid $8000 for it (in Wisconsin). The Sypder is now 2 model years older, is not the auto transmission and has the 998 motor. I would no longer pay 8k for mine - even though it is still like new. It now has 11+k miles. I don't know what others think at that pricepoint... just some thoughts from over yonder. Good luck and hope it sells.

I have had routine maintenance ie oil changes and tuneups. Added forward foot pegs and a comfort seat to make the ride a little more comfortable. Also upgraded exhaust, hand grips and back rest for the passenger. Runs great!

Did you post on Cycle Trader? I got a lot more responses from there on my Spyder than from this forum because many more riders look there who are not members of the forum. You can run a free ad for two weeks with up to four photos.

That sounds like a better listing price. Hope it sells for you soon. Coming toward the end of the season and less people looking now than in spring/summer in our Northern areas. Good advice to use Cycle Trader ... more eyes, more potentials. I've had luck with Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist ... but have to be more selective to know who you are dealing with through those avenues. Again, good luck!
