need help on peg adapters

I have purchased the sickshooter pegs and I dont know which adapters to buy. I have tried calling sickshooter and sent numerous emails with no response from them. Any help is appreciated. Does any one know which adapters will work on the rear pegs???

if they are the same as a Kury peg.
