Most made for Mtc's are fairly large .....If you want to go smaller , I would look in E-bay under Bicycle Gear .......I've seen some nice stuff there ....Mike
Put a Nelson Riggs CL-1045 on my F3. 12+ liters, 16+ liters expanded. It's only 7" wide, so the stock bars just clear - the clusters come right up to the bag at max throw. It's spacious enough for what I want.
F3 TANK BAG.....
I looked high & low for a 'Tank Bag' that would fit my new F3-S...
Nothing seemed to do the trick...
Then 1 day i was shopping for fishing gear @ Walmarts, and look what i found in the sporting department...
$16, works gr8, doesn't get in the way during fill-ups, water resistant, 3 compartments, net side pouches... awesome little piece...

I'm looking at getting this set up when my F3 comes in. We had tried this system on a demo bike at the manufactures show in Toronto in Feb. The vendor didn't know what locking ring I would need so once I get my bike its an hour ryde or so to line up the right ring that will work with the BRP fuel cap.

In the process of installing it now. If fits nicely, you definitely could not go any bigger than this one. At full turn the handlebars will brush the bag but only at FULL turn and in no way inhibit driving, as I just finished driving around with it to see.
The only thing I have left to figure out is where to secure it tight to under the seat.

I wear an Ogio flight vest that has incredible storage space plus doubles as a hydration vest. It holds my garage door opener, community gate opener, cell phone, toll pass, extra handkerchief, semi automatic weapon, spare knife, extra money and so on & I like that when I dismount everything automatically goes with me. I fill the hydration tank on the back with ice in the morning at 7am and I still have cold drinking water at 2pm plus I like the cooling effect on my body on hot Florida days
Bag looks great. Could you post the part numbers for bag and ring. Thanks Bob
On twisted throttles web site no specific ring for the Spyder. Ring sizes are 110-120-125-126. Which did you use?
Thanks for the information once again Bo

Reason: Added specific ring numbers
SW-MOTECH Quick-Lock EVO Engage Tank Bag (1)
SW-MOTECH QUICK-LOCK EVO Tankring Adapter Kit MV Agusta / Triumph (1)
The latch on the bottom of the bag will need to be installed 180 deg turned from how its intended for the Triumph as their gas fill opens the opposite direction. Other than that its a great fit. The tank ring adaptor fits fine.
