I haven't found the paperwork yet. Must have been brand " T" I purchased from and I'll check. I wonder if the 4 you have replaced were the "left" side headlight as discussed above??

Well we've sold a couple of thousand of these and if it was a left side issue I'm sure we would have seen more than that.
