I've got 5 acres and a 52" mower, and it still takes me 5-6 hours !

    Default I have only one

Between feeding, fixing the fencing, and other things required to take care of my wife's babies. It is hard to get away for more than a couple days. This is only 7 of the 20 she has.

I hear you, as I have 7 3/4 acres, and made the mistake of getting a 42 inch (I was being cheap) ryding mower. Next year I'm getting the 52 inch zero turn.

Bought in 2004 after moving to 5 acres. Ground is NOT "golf course smooth", and this mower has done everything I ask it to for all these years with NO issues except oil changes, keep air in tires and gas tanks full, and keep blades sharp (I prefer to usually just replace them every few years). Put on my hat, put on my ear/headset, Crank up my MP3 with lots of old country idols, and go mow !!!! WHEN DONE PARK IT AND GO FOR SPYDER RIDE TILL NEXT TIME

Obviously you're in need of someone to design a multiple rotary mower deck system for the Spyder, a la John Deere. Or, maybe, a gang mower, tow-behind like they use on golf courses. That way, you could maximize your ryding time. Perhaps something to look into for Father's Day coming up. Hint, hint!!!

Sadly the ground is not that smooth that the Spyder will not bottom out with the current tires on it. I wonder if there is a way to lift the Spyder like they do four wheal drive trucks
