I'd suggest contacting Finless Bob or MC Dave (SL SPonsor) about the headset.
Congrats on the new ride and welcome to the Spyder community.

What does the wired intercom harness consist of ?

To be honest, I did not see the harness when the dealer got it in for the install, because when we ordered our Spyder we had a bunch of stuff added to the deal (tow bar, c.b., etc.) and we did not pick it up until everything was installed and the bike was ready for delivery. I imagine it consists of a module and wire loom with plugs for the helmet headsets. You would be lucky if your dealer can even get a wired system since everything is "Bluetoothed" nowadays. Good Luck! Mac
