Isn't the ST the same VTwin as the 2010-2013 RT? If so other then the removal of the plastic it should be the same. You can find the skin removal sequence in your owners manual.

Try this
Re-check for the GS/RS/RSS they are all the same as the ST when it comes to an oil change. The RT is got different panels to deal with but the engine is the same.

Use this video for the oil change on the GS/RS and ST. Worked for me on my 2013 ST.

That video must be for the manual transmission. The semi-auto transmission has an additional filter that is replaced with each oil change.

The full instructions for an ST are right in the owners manual, they tell you all the panels that need to be removed, oil quantity and torque specs. It's very easy to do. None of the panels that need to be removed are difficult.
