My daughter makes "fall off the bone" ribs in her crock pot, and swears by them. Of course she hasn't seen fit to share any with me yet.

I've made them that way also and they are great .......... however the electric rates in Vermont are extremely high .... so cooking with gas is a better alternative for me ...... but thanks for the Tip ..... Mike

I do mine pretty much the same way. Season, wrap tightly in foil, (keeps air out and juices in) and place in a disposable aluminum baking pan on the top shelf of the BBQ at lowest setting (about 225) for 2 hours. Take them out and slather with our favorite BBQ sauce and finish off naked on high temperature on the BBQ. Gives it a nice crispy BBQ outside with very tender, moist ribs. Fresh corn on the cob and it is yummy.

Smoked deviled eggs.
Boil and peel. Place in your grill, cardboard box, or whatever you've got to hold smoke. You do want holes in the top to vent the smoke tho.
Get a amazing tube smoker and use that Gizmo to produce a light smoke flavor. I usually go 30 to 45 min. Let eggs sit overnight in the fridge to mellow out, the make you deviled eggs the way you normally do. A pinch of BBQ rub on top is good to.
