Traction control
Any info out there yet how to turn the traction control off on the older F3's like the new 2017's have? From what I've seen, the 2017's don't have any new buttons my 2015 has so it must be just soft wear, the dealers don't seem to know anything about it.

Isn't that feature only available on the Daytona model?

It's on all 17 f3s.
I don't think brp have any plans to retrofit to earlier models. Might be just software/buds settings, but doubt it'll be available. So I guess husband has it on his 17, and I miss out on the 15.
To be honest, I don't care a bit.

On a different subject and if memory serves, my 2015 F3S rpm at
75 mph was somewhere 4500 +/-. My 2017 F3 Limited rpm at 75 mph
is at 4000 +/-. Called a friend that has a 2014 RT and his rpm/mph is
about the same as my Limited. Has anyone else compared rpm/mph?
I do know that the 2015 would smoke the tire a lot easier.
I must admit that I do like the cruising rpm. I am just curious!!
Thanks for your input.

You can start by snipping some wires. But, I don't recommend that. It's there for our safety, so I will tough it out.

That's incorrect. F3S and F3T North American version have the same size rear sprocket. The 2017 F3 has a smaller rear sprocket the same as RT, ST and GS/RS models, all years.

Do ANY of them have a Traction Control Button?? Those I've seen didn't have one, & I was lead to believe that ALL those with the Sport/Hooligan mode feature used a Looong press on the Mode/Eco button to select Sport Mode...
