Took me 15 minutes to assemble and install the NHR Carrier and man it is sturdy.

Leaving for Spyder Palooza in the morning so I'll resume production next week. I should have them in stock late next week. For now I'm offering them in powder coat only, I do have chrome powder coat... I'm thinking of 4 versions depending on your needs. Check the web site for updates to the options.

    You misunderstood my poorly-worded meaning...
I was referring to the fight with The Missus over yet another Farkle...

About 15" x 20". I don't have a tape measure with me to get actual measurements.

    Default I like this idea

Do you feel there will be a rusting issue where any of these parts meet ? (Not positive of how this would assemble) Thanks.

I powder coat each part with the most durable powder coating I can find. This stuff is tough but if you manage to scratch it any touch up paint can fix the scratch.

I had to break away from building these to finish up the inside of my new shop building. I needed to get heat in and move a bunch of stuff out of the machine shop so I had room to work in there. I was hoping with winter here no one would need one. I'm about 2 weeks away from finishing the work on the shop building then the plan is to finish up the first batch of NHR carriers. Last task is to insulate the roof and the wiring on the west wall. Putting itch up on the bottom of the roof is a slow process...

Thanks, it's been a long time coming. I started cutting trees in January 2016, started digging stumps out in March, started to excavate the site in April and due to all the rains we had it took me till the end of July to get a flat spot! On August the 4th the concrete guys showed up, they were done and gone the next day Friday the 5th. The builder was there on Monday at 10am and pulled out Friday at 10am... man that was fast. I've been trying to sort it out ever since. By October I realized that the 2" of insulation was not up to the job for winters in Missouri so I had move my shelves and all the stuff on them away from the walls and run conduit for electric and put up some itch, while I was at it I covered the walls with OSB, I got that done December 31 2017. I got my wood stove put in and started on the insulation for the ceiling. I hope to be done with the ceiling this week at that point it's back to regular jobs. Of course all this fun is constantly interrupted by work I do at the industrial park programming PLC's and making automation equipment.

I decided I needed a better welding table to build these on so I built a Certi-Flat welding table just before it got cold lol.
    certi-flat.jpg
The parts for the first run is on the table, I just need to make the fixtures and weld them up. Then they are ready for powder coat. I've got everything ready just need some time.

    Thumbs up Weight????

What is the completed weight on the unit? Also do you know approx weight of the box that goes with it to figure the resultant amount of weight that might be added to remail within suggested weight on the unit?

    Thanks!
    Looks good though!

If you choose the box option it weighs about 5 pounds. When packing the box think light things go in here, your beer/soda go in the front trunk lol. I've packed the box over full with clothes with no problem.

If you choose the aluminum diamond plate then you can strap a dry bag or other soft luggage to that.
