I can't tell what kind of light it is.

It is an aftermarket light that seems to be white when on. I wondered if the heat from the bulb turned the inside a yellow color.

How old is the car?
Could it be from a time when the rules about lighting weren't so... uniform?
How about World war II automotive lighting: didn't they make a lot of changes for the War effort?

Here's the thing....
Many fog lights are yellow. We always used the yellow ones but now they are white. Knowing the brand might help europeans use the yellow fogs more than we do here. Not great for driving but do cut through the fog.
