Are these the right Panels?
My bike was in the shop and I asked the mechanic to remove the panels under the bike to help with the heat problem from the seat. he removed some panels, I just need to know are these the right ones. see attached

Thank you for verifying. I bought some heat resistant film from the parts store and layered that under my seat also, and it does help. the seat is still warm, but not HOT like it was before.
Now all i have to do is put the heat shield for the right side opening that will block the heat from my leg and I should be set!

Get some of these to wrap the exhaust pipe: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ceramic-Fibe...0AAOSw1DtXEF0y
You can contain a lot of the heat inside the exhaust pipes; a better strategy than letting the heat come off the pipes inside the body then trying to keep the heat from from you.
I wrapped my pipes on the 2012 RTS, then later on the 2013 STL. Much easier to wrap around the pipes than the standard exhaust wraps. Use SS ties.
