Now that I will be using my Spyder a lot more during the year since moving to Tampa Fl. Has anyone thought about, or found a way to mount a fishing pole holder on their Spyder? I have an RT-S model, and haven't seen anything when I searched the website.

I have a spinning/fly fishing combo that stores in a soft case. I just bungee it to the passenger grab handles, as mentioned by Bfromla.
WI'll you be fishing fresh or salt? I would think any type of PVC rod holder, with an added rod retainer so the rod stays put at speed, would work.

That's a good idea as well. I would be fishing mainly salt, but I don't mind either one. Anyone have pictures of doing this, or know which way to point the rod?
I used a square U-clamp on the trailer hitch along with a piece of angle aluminum and hose clamps to hold an aluminum pipe which was for a temporary Ham Radio antenna I used on the Spyder for a short time. You might do the same with a tube sized to hold your rod. Just be aware that the trailer hitch moves up and down quite a bit with the road bumps and could really shake up your rod.
